Located on the Ground floor of the popular Molino Blanco complex this apartment is suitably furnished with private patio. Bars, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities are all within 5 mins walk. A beautiful Blue Flag beach is a 10 mins walk and a short drive away is a water park and a go-kart circuit.

The complex itself has a solar-panel heated swimming pool and the apartment has a private sun terrace. Popular with families of all ages, couples and golfers.

The apartment is south facing and benefits from a patio directly opposite the communal swimming pool. The apartment also has (metered) air conditioning & Heating

Towels and linen are included. We respectfully request that you provide your own beach towels for use around the pool or at the beach.

Amenities/Facilities:

Solar-heated private pool and private rooftop sun terrace.

There are many bars, restaurants and cafés close and the Flying Farmer Pub is the apartments 'local' and the staff will offer you a warm welcome and cold drink.

In La Zenia you will find everything you need for a sunshine and beach holiday including the new Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping and entertainment center on the Costa Blanca. Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Villamartin Plaza have many excellent International restaurants and some well renowned Irish bars. There is a large supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment for your convenience. Torrevieja is a 15 minute bus ride and has a water Park, cinema and bowling at the Habaneras shopping complex. Go-karting is also available in Playa Flamenca.

There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness, you are within 10 minutes walking distance to the fabulous La Zenia beach where water sports are available during the summer months.

This is a superbly located apartment providing a great base for couple or small families.

The location of this apartment means that car hire is not essential however recommend if you want to explore all that the southern Costa Blanca has to offer.

There is selection of golf courses in the area. Campo de golf & Real Club de Golf Campoamar is less than 10 mins by car both offering premier golfing facilities. One of the finest courses in Europe, Las Rambles, is just a 12 minute drive away.

There is a choice of two airports - Alicante, a 40 minute drive away and Murcia, a smaller airport 25 minute drive away.

Transfers: Can be arranged on request.

Please note that check in is 16:00 and check out is 11:00am and as there is no facility to leave luggage at the Molino Blanco complex., if you have a late flight we strongly recommend you book the additional day as the apartment is popular and same day change overs are frequent.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nelia (the owner) a message.

If Nelia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
