From the owner

The En Rouger gite complex is situated in South West France, midway between Carcassonne and Toulouse, and approximately one hour from the Mediterranean beaches and the Pyrenees mountain. Situated In The Countryside but Only A Few Minutes From The Local Village (crossed by "Canal du Midi") En Rouger was originally a farm and is nearly 200 years old. It has been fully renovated to a high standard and now equipped with modern furniture. There are four certified "3 stars" gites in total all equipped with air conditioning: one with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) or 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) , the 3 others with 2 bedrooms (2 sleeps 5, one sleeps 4).Linen provided, Towels optional.

A 5000 square meters Peaceful shaded park with Large heated Pool ( 12 x 7 meters ) and an indoor sauna hosting up to 5 persons provides a relax holiday environment.. Also a covered patio with barbecue and outside entertainment ( swing, sandpit, table tennis, "petanque", badminton, basketball, football, bicycles....) are available for all age guests.

The 2 bedrooms gite " Le Grain d'orge" (sleeps 5) is on one floor and particularly suitable for young children or the elderly. His second bedroom has 3 single beds and the parents bedroom include a cot.

The 2 bedrooms gîte " Le Lavande "(sleeps 4) is a two story gîte with bedrooms and shower upstairs . Living room with open kitchen and another toilet are on the first floor.His second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The 2 bedrooms gîte " Le Coquelicot "(sleeps 5) is a two story gîte with bedrooms and shower upstairs . Living room with open kitchen and another toilet are on the first floor.His second bedroom has 3 single beds.

A large tarmac parking at the entrance of the property with a charging station for electric vehicles is available on site (7kWh, 32A socket type 2 or standard plug).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Claire (the owner) a message.

If Claire (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
