Villa 'Rosa“ is situated in vicinity of centre, in the peaceful area of Labin. The unique design of this villa compliments with the combination of natural design and modern architecture. These completely new, modern and tastefully decorated Villa is located only 3km from the beach and city rush in the center of Rabac. This beautiful villa, 400 m2, extends to 1500 m2 and consists of a large living room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.

Bathrooms are specially decorated and designed. Special place in the Villa is a wine cellar, with most of famous Istrian wines. The villa has an outdoor grill, badminton court, children's playground, table football, table tennis and electronic darts. The property is covered with Wi-Fi. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with friends and family. This beautiful luxury villa is situated on a hill and has a beautiful view of the countryside. Villa Rosa has got large 36m2 swimming pool and sun loungers what is ideal for long and hot Istrian summers. Villa will provide you with everything that you need for perfect relaxing holiday. This place is ideal for family gatherings or a getaway with your friends. The location of the villa is also ideal because of the vicinity of good restaurants and the old town Labin. There are 3 restaurants and 3 pizzerias 500 meters from the villa, offering international and traditional domestic food. All that is in just few minutes walking distance. Also in the center, near the restaurants are being hold many concerts, exhibitions, cultural nights, etc.., especially during the summer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Roberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
