Both the area and the beach are unspoiled and tranquil. The area assures the travellers living in the real, unspoiled part of the island of Rhodes.
The villa is in a 4000sq.m. land property that ensures privacy during your stay. Ideal for families, couples, friends who want to relax and enjoy the sea, the sun, the pool, the nature as well as those who enjoy active holidays, since it is in a perfect setting for hiking, biking. Just a 10minute drive from the top kite and windsurfing destination of Prasonisi, a 10minute drive to a great variety of water sports. Perfect for exploration of the whole island of Rhodes, all the well-known attractions as well as the secret, unspoiled.
The villa of a total 150sq.m. interior as well as 150sq.m. veranda space combines traditional and modern architecture. With the nearest houses being 400m away it can ensure privacy having at the same time excellent sea view. You can relax on the terrace or lie on the sunbeds by the private pool for sun-bathing enjoying the sea view with a cool drink.
Sea Breeze Villa consists of two independent buildings. Each of them has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with traditionally built two-to-three beds, so each house can sleep 5 people in its two bedrooms. Linen, towels, hairdryer are provided. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cabin in each house with free toiletries as well as a fully equipped kitchen which is open to the living room. Each kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic cooktops, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand-mixer, Italian espresso coffee maker, kitchenware and a big number of kitchen tools. There are ironing facilities in both houses. The living rooms, boasting antique chandeliers, have dining tables and two traditionally built sofas with coffee tables in front of the traditional fireplaces. The two traditionally built sofas can comfortably accommodate an extra person. All rooms have air-conditioning and heating. There is free WiFi internet in the property as well as a 32inch LCD TV with satellite connection in each house.
There are three terraces around each of the villa houses with tables, chairs, barbeques and barbeques facilities. Five bikes are offered for exploring the countryside. Free car parking is available in the property.
Sea Breeze Villa is located 2km from the traditional village of Lachania, 8km from the village of Gennadi, 21km from the famous kite and wind-surfing site of Prasonisi, 29km from the famous village of Lindos, 69km from the city of Rhodes, 69km from the Ancient Town of Kameiros and 82km from the Butterflies Valley. It is 73km from Rhodes International Airport.
Sea Breeze Villa is suitable for families, couples of every age and groups of friends. It is family, naturist, gay and lesbian friendly. It is extremely appropriate for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, cycling (free bikes available!), mountain biking, swimming, wind-surfing, kite-surfing and perfectly suitable for exploring by car the whole island of Rhodes without missing out the unique sites of the South of Rhodes.
Sea Breeze Villa is excellent for relaxation on the verandas, enjoying the sun, the view, the pool. While being in a total tranquil site, there is a traditional tavern only 800m away while Mea-Terra Beach Bar is only 700m away, the famous Mojito Beach Bar is just 2.4km away and Sposa del Sole 8km away.
