Casaisoladelba Open Space, si trova a pochi passi dalle spiagge di Lacona, in un parco di 1.500 mq tra pini, fiori e palme. E' situata a 80 mt dalla spiaggia di Margidore (1 km di sassolini in una cornice di meravigliosi colori) e a 300mt dalla spiaggia di Lacona (1,2 km di sabbia finissima). Durante il giorno potete godervi il caldo sole delle spiagge vicine o il fresco relax del giardino e dopo il tramonto potete tuffarvi nella movida di Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo o Portoferraio che distano tutte circa 10-15 minuti d'automobile, oppure optare per una tranquilla passeggiata in riva al mare.

Sono bene accetti animali di piccola che potranno scorrazzare nel parco in condivisione con la mia casa e con la villetta adiacente. I parco è interamente recintato.

Open Space di Casaisoladelba è un mini appartamento che può ospitare due persone e si compone di:

Casaisoladelba Open Space is in a quiet park of pines and palm trees. My fresh house is located just 80 meters from the beach of Margidore (1 km of gravel in a setting of beautiful colors) and 300 meters from the beach of Lacona (1,2 km of fine sand).

During the day you can enjoy the warm sun of the nearby beaches or the cool of the garden and relax after sunset a quiet dinner in restaurants / piano bars nearby and plan a walk by the sea, or you can choose to dive into nightlife Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo or Portoferraio which are located about 10-15 minutes by car.

Mi fa molto piacere che il mini appartamento, super confortevole per una coppia, abbia superato a pieni voti anche il soggiorno per una famiglia con una bimbetta, che quindi vive maggiormente la casa ed il giardino. Quest'anno abbiamo certamente avuto un caldo anomalo ma per venire sempre più incontro alle esigenze dei miei ospiti verrà installata per la prossima stagione una pompa di calore per garantire maggior fresco in estate e caldo nelle stagioni primavera ed autunno. Vi ringrazio e mi auguro di avervi ancora miei graditi ospiti.

Why can't I call Isabella (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Isabella (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Isabella (the owner) a message.

If Isabella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
