Apartment in a pleasant condominium that develops around a well tended garden, suitable and safe for children to play, with direct access to Praia de Dona Ana, which is located only 250 meters away, with a pool, a children's pool and a tennis court.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with two beds and other with three beds, a living room with dining area for up to 6 people and a living area with 2 sofas, TV with international satellite channels and access to WiFi broadband internet. The living room has a spacious balcony with a great view of the ocean, with a canopy that makes it the best space of the house to stay and to enjoy the view over the beatifull garden and the sea. The kitchen opens into the living room and it is equipped with all necessary utensils.

The apartment has two bathrooms, prepared to be a safe environment for children (child friedly). In the outside of the condominium there are plenty of spaces to park and there is a private parking place available in the building garage.

The apartment is equipped for safe use by children (child friendly), featuring safety latches on windows and doors to the outside, an adapter for toilet, the TV is fixed to the furniture. Tor a pleasant use by children there are available a proper chair and a cot, toys and books.

The apartment is an ideal destination for a golf vacation that can include several options from a wide number of excellent golf courses, 5 to 30 minutes by car.

Boavista Golf, Par 71, 3 km / 5 minutes, 18 holes, set in a luxury resort, near the city of Lagos. From some fairways, large and undulating, one can enjoy magnificent landscapes of the Serra de Monchique, the city of Lagos and the beach.

Onyria Palmares Golf & Beach Resort, Par 71, 7 km / 10 minutes, 27 holes, offers stunning views of the Ria de Alvor, the beach and the bay of Lagos. It has restaurants, beach club, shopping and various activities, sports and leisure.

Penina Golf Course, Par 73, 12 km / 20 minutes, includes three fields, an 18-hole and two 9-hole, is a fairly flat field, with many obstacles, among dense trees and several lakes, a highly competitive golf course.

Alto Club Golf Course, Par 72, 12 km / 20 minutes, 18 holes, extends through two valleys and offers a panoramic view over the sea and the mountainous fields of Serra de Monchique.

Forest Park Golf Course, Par 71, 15 km / 25 minutes, 18 holes, is situated along the Costa Vicentina Natural Reserve and is surrounded by magnificent gardens. The range of this field is remarkable. Offers pool, restaurant and horse riding facilities.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send José (the owner) a message.

If José (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
