Fully-furnished and equipped 2-bedroom spacious condo apartment with 3 double beds (sleeps 6) right at Meia Praia Beach (5-min-walk) in Lagos with 24-Hour Security and reception. Stunning 180-degree view of the ocean and Marina de Lagos from every single room and from its two private terraces: one large walk-out terrace from the living room and from a bedroom and the other terrace with a walk-out from the 2nd. bedroom (master bedroom). Guests have named one terrace as the Sunrise Terrace and the other as the Sunset Terrace to reflect the lights and colors that can be observed from the terraces in early morning and late afternoon. A brand-new washing machine, water heater and heating/air condition units.

The apartment has a high chair, a potty and pack-and-play/travelling crib for families with infants/young children.

It has a beautiful pool, as well as children’s pool, play area and mini golf. There is also a restaurant on site. It is 1.5 km from the Palmares golf course!

No need to take a car because everything is next door: the sea, the Marina, the city, shops and restaurants. Convenient access lift/elevator from the street or from the garage to the apartment on the 3rd floor for luggage.

Furnished with solid Dutch furniture, one bedroom has 1 double-bed and second bedroom has 2 double-beds, all beds designed to fit even very tall guests. The apartment has heating and air condition, microwave, hot tea water electric pot, high-speed WI-Fi and a modern flat screen 128-channel Cable TV.

The apartment has a free guest assigned garage parking space although car is not needed to get around Lagos. There is a built-in BBQ on the large terrace which also has table and chairs for a romantic sunset happy hour drink. There is a modern local food market/grocery store (Pingo Doce), located within a 10-min stroll from the apartment, with a wonderful choice of fruits, vegetables, wines & groceries at reasonable price. It has a café and a dry cleaning service.

This apartment is conveniently located one block (5-minute stroll) to the famous Marina de Lagos Tourist & Ocean Fishing Complex and across the footbridge into Lagos main Town Centre where you will find quaint restaurants & shops, pubs/bars and night life. In the evening, the centre's cobble-stone streets come alive with colourful street entertainers, shops & talented artists. Night clubs & pubs are open late.

Rental rates are as listed here. TripAdvisor adds a booking fee similar to all other online bookings. With the exception of booking fees, advertised prices include all fees and utilities, etc. .....NO hidden extras!

Reduced rates are available for monthly stays. Cleaning is provided only prior to arrival and upon departure. If additional cleaning is required arrangements can be made and the guest pays 60 euros to the cleaning lady directly. Longer stays (2 months +) can be at greater reduced price , excluding utility bills.

All bed linen and towels are included. Bath towels are provided, but we ask that guests bring their own beach towels.

24-hour Check in is after 4pm and check out is 12 noon.

Indoors' Details:

The apartment can sleep six adults very comfortably. Security will not allow more than 6 guests in the apartment unless guest obtains prior written approval at the time of booking and presents it at reception. If approval is granted at the time of booking, there will be a daily charge of €20 for each adult and €10 for each child exceeding the 6-guest limit.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and all that is needed for cooking and dining. The washroom has a super shower, shower towels, hair dryer, etc.

Outdoors' Details:

Crazy Golf, Children's Play Area, Poolside Bar and Matilde Restaurant are located at the bottom of the building. Matilde Restaurant has house specials of steak and prawns “on the stone”. For the younger crowd burgers and pizza is served.

The Train Station is at 5-minute walk, trains available to Faro, Portimao, Alvor and Lisbon. Bus Station 10 minutes’ walk.

WI-Fi Zone at Pool in addition to the high-speed Wi-FI at the apartment.

McDonald Restaurant nearby. Pizza Hut in the Marina, which has a delivery service.

Why can't I call C. RYCORP (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send C. RYCORP (the owner) a message.

If C. RYCORP (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
