A new Villa with the heated pool(5*10 metters), in a elevated position with views to the sea, mountains, and farmland. The Villa is in one of the most sought after areas of Lagos, 10 mins walk to 1.5 km sandy beach of Porto de Mos. Other beaches can be found within a 5 min drive.

The Villa is air-conditioned throughout and has a 10 by 5 m salt chlorinated pool with the water being kind to the eyes hair and skin making it more suitable for asthmatics and allergy sufferers. The Villa has alfresco dining areas at Kitchen and Pool Terrace levels. The Kitchen terrace has a lounge area for afternoon tea and after dinner drinks. At the pool terrace there is a bar, fridge and barbecue for entertaining. On the roof terrace there is a bar with fridge, loungers, table and chairs to take advantage of the panoramic views where you can relax or in the evening enjoy the Algarvian sunsets.

Two of the bedrooms have super king beds with memory foam mattresses and en-suite, one with shower, one with bath. The centre bedroom has two single beds and a designated bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a double bed with a joining shower and toilet and an additional single bed. available. In the next room is a utility area containing a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and iron-board.

The modern kitchen includes, hob, oven, with hot drawer, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, water purifier, wine cooler and dishwasher. In addition to kitchen utensils there is a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

For entertainment, above the breakfast bar is a 17 channel satellite TV, in the living room a 65" LED Smart 3D TV with access to multiple international channels including movies and sports. In the centre bedroom there is a 49" LED Smart TV with a separate subscription service with multiple channels.

Downstairs there is a play station including golf, tennis and football games. Wifi in all rooms and at pool and bar terrace, download speeds exceed 15 mega bits.

All guests will be personally met by our friendly English speaking Portuguese staff. The Villa services include a welcome pack, with an on-call contact to assist and provide advice. Sheets are changed weekly, and bathroom towels are changed mid week, pool towels are supplied. The landscaped garden and pool are maintained weekly. A meet and greet at the airport can be provided if so required.

Location allows easy access by pathway to the Porto de Mos beach approx 10 mins away or by car 3 mins with parking at the beach. The beach has two restaurants where you can enjoy lunch or dinner with fish dishes the specialty. The pretty centre of Lagos is a 5 min drive with street and underground parking on the palm lined riverside promenade, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Across the river is the marina with host of restaurants and bars where you can gain information on boat trips, Close by is the Meia Praia beach, one of many surrounding Lagos, the area has some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve.

The Villa is situated take advantage of Golf Courses, with Boa Vista golf 5 min drive and a driving range 3 mins drive.

There are plenty of outdoor activities, surfing, fishing trips, dolphin watching, horse riding, cycling and cliff walks.
