A beautiful new ground floor apartment consisting of master bedroom ensuite plus 2nd bedroom in Porto de Mos Lagos. Enjoy the view towards the ocean as you sit on the terrace pool side and relax and enjoy the sparkling blue skies azure blue pools set against the white of the Beach Condominium. Enjoy your coffee and croissant on the private sunny breakfast terrace behind the apartment. This ultra modern air conditioned apartment is fitted with designer furniture and is complete with everything you need to help you to have a really amazing vacation.

The Beach Condominium is new small high spec complex complete with 2 swimming pools a children's pool, gardens and sea facing gym and sauna.

Tired of the pool? You can swim in the sea or stroll in the surf and stretch your legs on the beautiful sandy beach of Porto de Mos only minutes drive or a 10 minute walk away. Refreshments - there are cafe/ bars on the beach giving you a choice of where to eat fresh seafood or take a cheese tosti. Golf your thing? Boavista golf is less than a 5 minutes drive away and Espiche GC or Onyria Palmares Links are 15 minutes.....

Lagos and its historical town centre is there for you to explore with its cafes, shopping, bars and restaurants. Easily accessible by car or less than a 15 minute walk if you are in an energetic mood? Beyond is the new Marina where offshore fishing sailing canoeing and other water sports can easily be arranged.

Why can't I call Adrian (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Adrian (the owner) a message.

If Adrian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
