Located on the cliff top of Porto de Mos, this stunning apartment has endless uninterrupted sea views, set in a peaceful area on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Lagos. This recently built property is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with a modern yet eminently comfortable style and equipped with everything you might need for your stay. It is fully air conditioned with all modern facilities and a very large south facing terrace for sun bathing and outdoor dining. The indoor leisure complex has a gym, jacuzzi spa, sauna and heated indoor swimming pool. There is a beautiful feature outdoor pool with children’s pool situated amongst landscaped sub tropical gardens overlooking the sea.

Comfortable terrace seating & fully reclining sunbeds are provided as well as additional poolside sun beds. Full use of the equipped Gym, heated Indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna is included plus Weekly Cleaning / maid service & all Towels & Linen including pool towels are provided.

The apartment has broadband internet access and UK TV channels including sports & movies. We can accommodate couples or a larger family or group of up to 12 people as we have 2 separate apartments - one on the ground floor & one on the first floor above.

The stunning beach is only 5 minutes walk away as well as two wonderful beach front restaurants. A few minutes in the car or by local bus you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its maze of cobbled streets and colourful market square offering a large variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping and markets. Or stroll along the promenade to the Marina complex and admire the luxury yachts whilst relaxing with a drink over lunch at one of the many marina bars or restaurants.

Great for watersports enthusiasts : boat hire, sailing, surfing, skiing, paddle boarding, fishing, water skiing & wakeboarding all nearby. Lagos beach has been voted by conde nast traveller magazine as 'the best beach in the world! '

Lagos is a really lovely resort surrounded by numerous beautiful sandy beaches & hidden coves, and has a modern Marina, and an historic old walled town centre. The town centre itself has cobbled streets free of traffic with literally hundreds of street cafes and bars, and numerous quality shops many selling local crafts. In the evening the town is bustling & vibrant with atmospheric street cafes and a variety of small market stalls and live entertainment.

As well as stunning beaches..... a lively old town crammed with restaurants, bars and classy gift shops...... there are also Fishing boat trips , sailing sightseeing trips & dolphin watching trips .....all of which can all be taken from the marina. Numerous quality golf courses are close by & a choice of two modern water parks are within easy reach for a day trip. The town of Portimao is only 15 minutes away by car and also has some stunning large sandy beaches with a long board walk at the rear of the beach with many beach bars. Portimao also has a brand new shopping mall and a large retail outlet park. Inland from the coast, North of Lagos, the terrain rises toward the mountainous area of Monchique with its natural spas and lush green countryside.

The climate here is just beautiful with day long sunshine typical from March right through to October and even in the remaining months....long warm sunny days are the norm.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alex (the owner) a message.

If Alex (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
