Anchors Away Beach House is a 1,944 square foot beach town house located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. It is a short stroll to the sandy beach using beach access # 65 for your family beach fun. The house has so many amenities such as two kitchens, granite counter top kitchen cooking area, three stories, two balconies, three bedrooms and a Southern living coastal design. It has 10 foot ceilings and balconies on the second and third floors with Gulf of Mexico views. Each floor has a nautical theme and is great for family getaways or a beach escape for friends. The house is perfect for family reunions, family getaways, winter escapes, honeymooners or just a romantic vacation. The house is suitable for 10 guest with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Each floor has privacy but access for all family and friends to spend quality time together without being crowded.

Anchors Away first floor is a complete efficiency apartment with a full kitchen and bath. It also has access to the outside private dining area from your back door. It has a queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchen and dining area suitable for four guest. You enter the foyer area from the first floor and to your left is the first floor bedroom ensuite and kitchen. To your right is the first floor stairs to the second floor. We recommend the first floor bedroom for mobility challenged individuals or for the families with pets.

The second floor living area has a wrap around balcony with an open concept in the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has everything you need for your family preparation of scrumptious breakfast, lunches or dinners. The dining area and bar allow eight guests to eat comfortably. Additional outside dining seating is available on the balcony for four guest. Whatever you choose for your dining pleasure will allow you and your family to have plenty of room to eat and play or just sit out on the balcony and watch your family play in the pool. The second guest bedroom is also located on the this floor with a king size bed and ensuite full bath. The laundry room is also located on the second floor with a full size washer and dryer. Next, take the second floor stairs to the third floor.

The third floor has the master bedroom, living area and privacy balcony for romantic nights viewing the Gulf of Mexico and enjoying the beach breezes. You have a full bath with jetted tub and private living area on this floor. Each bedroom has a walk in closet and high definition cable television.

The house is located in an exclusive 10 villa area near beach access # 65. You are about .50 mile from Pier Park and about .50 miles form Frank Brown Park. You are near my favorite destinations on the West end of Panama City Beach. If you love Dusty's Oyster Bar, Mike's Cafe, Margaritaville or Thomas' Donuts then make yourself at home at Anchors Away Beach House.

I purchased this vacation house in 2017 for my friends and family who wanted an exclusive area to play and relax at Panama City Beach. My house is listed with the City of Panama City Beach as a licensed vacation rental meaning it meets all code and safety requirements for your family. Each floor has a sprinkler fire system so remember this is a no smoking venue. Anchors Away is listed with the Panama City Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau as a recommended vacation rental. I have received over 100 five star reviews from independent travel and hospitality venues and numerous guests since 2017. My vacation rental comes with a concierge service to ensure your vacation satisfaction plus 10 beach chairs and 2 private beach chaise loungers and 2 chairs by the pool. I have included two beach wagons, body boards and skim boards for your family. I really think you will enjoy this house as much as my family, friends and pets. All my best, Jo.

Interaction with guest

All our guests will be greeted by our concierge manager for Anchors Away. Justin, our concierge manager, has a Bachelors of Science in Hotel, Management and Business from Florida State University. He will go over the booking, rental agreement and house rules. He will check you in and provide your family with their front door passcode and wifi instructions. He will give you a tour of the house and answer any questions about the house, beach and area. He will be available 24/7 if any emergency or assistance is needed by our guests during their stay. The reservation guest of record will be required to provide a valid drivers license for check in procedures to ensure the proper booking guest is present.

How do damage deposits work?
