From the owner

Pictures will help you more than my words to describe the villa. But, what they are not going to tell you is about Khun See, our maid/house angel. She will be every day (in reality Sunday is off) in house (from 09:00 to 16:00 but you can change the timings) and you will never see her. She is silent and tidy. But... what a difference in the morning to find the breakfast table full of all your favourite dishes (she can also buy the fruits and cereal for you, not only cook). Or, while back from the beach, to discover all the rooms tidy and clean as in a 5 Stars Resort.

And this is not all: she can also cook (real Thai cuisine) or baby sitting, arrange a massage in villa or just keep the Spirit House with fresh flowers and fruit... She is our house-angel. Though she doesn't speak English, but I am sure you are pretty good with google translator.

And the Villa? Of course is beautiful and well located. Pictures are going to tell you more (not about Khun See, she is shame and does't like to be in it). Here few words about VillaPhuket...

Relax & pleasure near the most exclusive & wild beaches of Phuket.

Situated in a luxury housing project in Phuket, the famous holiday destination island, Villa Phuket is a single storey house built around its own private (40 sqm) swimming pool. Includes three spacious bedrooms (one with a king size bed, others with queen size and twin size bed, each one with ensuite bathroom), outdoor patio areas, air-conditioning throughout, spacious fully fitted European kitchen with brand name appliances, storage and double private car parking. The big living room (90 sqm) has 42 inch TV and home theatre. The villa is luxurious furnished in contemporary Thai style and completely equipped for 6 persons. The main bedroom has a double Jacuzzi and a private Balinese garden. Privacy and relax are granted by a 24hours security service. A real paradise to rent for an amazing holiday, only few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches and natural attractions of Phuket.

Easy the stay in our home and easy to have info about the island, easy to book or organize tours and activities. We are lucky to be in the best side of the island (we think) with many restaurants and shops, close to the Villa but not too close, so our clients are never bothered by anything else than birds.     Yes! I know... we can do better!!! The baby sitting service is already done and we also have a car to rent for our clients: a white Honda Jazz. We want our customers to be safe while with us. And about pictures... a new website will be ready soon. And last surprise... from May a new feature. Our Laguna apartment will be ready (also on Tripadvisor). In the heart of the five stars resort area, a one bedroom apartment with sea and sunset view. The décor and service will be, as usual, our priority.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
