This is one out of six houses we currently have for daily rental. We have all sorts of houses suitable for group travelers who wish to rent a budget accommodation during their stay in Lahad Datu. We have several houses from the biggest (1900 feet²) that can accommodate 15 people to this one (450 feet²) which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Please take note that we're renting out a house - and at low budget rate for group travelers - so please understand that the service might not be as good as if you're staying in a hotel. For example we do not change your bed sheet, pillowcase and towels daily and there is no room service or cleaning service but hey cheap is cheap right? And the houses are clean and tidy when guests first entered it.
Our houses are located just next to the Lahad Datu - Tawau main road so there's minibus (public transportation) occasionally passing by but if you're looking for a rental car we can also help you with that because we have friend who provides transportation service.
All our houses is located 10 kilometers from Lahad Datu town beside the Lahad Datu-Tawau highway. We are located only 5.3 kilometers from Perdana town, the newest satellite town in Lahad Datu with Hypermarket light industrial bussiness and restaurants - and 6 kilometeres from the road junction towards Kayangan Observation tower and the famous Danum Valley wildlife preservation park.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.
You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mohd (the owner) a message.
If Mohd (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
