Honua Kai is one of Maui's newest and most luxurious five star resort. Situated on North Kaanapali Beach, this oceanfront property is located just north of Black Rock. If you are looking for modern, luxurious accommodations on a beautiful sandy beach, then this is for you!

This couples and family friendly resort has 3 large pools and 5 hot tubs! The FORMAL Pool is an infinity-edge lap pool featuring two hot tubs and perfect ocean views. The OHANA Pool features a one hundred and twenty foot WATER SLIDE and a waterfall that cascades into the main swimming area. Natural lava rock forms an elevated hot tub that takes in the ocean views. The OHANA Pool is connected to a walk in sandy bottom pool, great for babies and young children. The RIVER Pool features a meandering river that flows through smaller swimming holes and waterfalls.

The suite is exquisitely appointed with top of the line features including Bosch appliances, granite counter tops, and elegant modern fixtures.

The condo is located on the 4th floor in the south building, called HOKULANI. The 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit is spacious at 1,100 square feet, plus a there is a 235 square feet lanai. The suite is south facing and enjoys both partial ocean and mountain views. Being a southern exposure suite, our lanai is not exposed to the NE trade winds common in Maui. Therefore Suite 410 is graced with an abundance of sunlight with only lovely gentle breezes year-round.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maureen (the owner) a message.

If Maureen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
