Our townhouse is a home away from home .... with the added views of the sea and 50 yards to the beach :)

Set over 3 floors with double bed in large bedroom with ensuite on top floor; kitchen/living/balcony on middle floor and 2 bedrooms on ground floor with bathroom incl shower (bunk bed in a bedroom and 2 single beds in other bedroom)

Full of light with amazing sea views from middle and top floors.

The beautiful long beach is 50 yards from the house for you to relax, swim, build sand castles or surf (many surf companies can also teach you). There is also a walk above beach when the tide is in ...

To keep the kids entertained, within walking distance, there is a public playground, many ice cream shops, surfing, canoeing, an indoor fee-paying pool, walking on rocks to find crabs and of course the beach

Lahinch has numerous fantastic restaurants and pubs to enjoy

Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac of 6 townhouses so rules are: No Loud music, No shouting etc., No parties, Only your booked family/group can enter the complex, Car parking is available - 1 car per property (gates need to be closed every time you come in and out)
I cannot stress enough that this is a quiet residential complex so please respect our neighbours ... if we get complaints about your group disobeying the rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property immediately !

Stayed here for few nights with my kids. Ideal location - we walked to beach every day and back for lunch. Well kitted our house - can’t fault it Will be back next year

Why can't I call Carolyne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carolyne (the owner) a message.

If Carolyne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
