La casa tiene unos 150m2 en la primera planta , que incluye:

1 suite ( dormitorio, vestidor / baño completo) ; 2 habitaciones que comparten el baño principal ; cocina completa integrada al salón principal comedor (fotos).

La finca es de aproximadamente 3600m2 , significa que tiene un muy amplio y bonito jardín privado, gran área de piscina con solarium y comedor, protegida del viento y de vistas no deseadas calle / vecinos, además una cocina con barbacoa y baño.

Jardín y piscina con sistema automático de luces y filtro.

Nosotros hacemos el mantenimiento de la piscina y jardín.

The house has about 150m2 at the first flor, wich includes:

1 suite (bedroom + bathroom + closet); 2 bedrooms sharing the main bathroom; Complete kitchen (only no dishwasher); as you see on the fotos, from the kitchen you have a bar wich makes a integration with tv salon and dining room.

Each bedroom is for 2 people, suite for a couple and the other ones for 2 people each.

The finca is about 3600m2, it means you have a huge and nice private garden, there is a great pool area, protected from the wind and neighbors views, beside the pool you have different terraces with solarium, kitchen, barbecue and bathroom.

Garden and pool have a automatic system for lights and filter.

We do the maintenance of pool and garden during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marcio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
