Glicinias do Pico, composed by two, three bedroom "country houses" surrounded by green space and a swimming pool located at the Blue house welcome to all our guests.

Here nature is calling you. Enjoy the walks through ancestral tracks, the bicycle rides, a picnics at the lagoons, the challenge of climbing the highest mountain of Portugal, at 2351mts, the unforgettable sights of the giant whales and the friendly dolphins. Dear Miguel, Thank you for your comments. We are glad you enjoyed the pool and found the house to be spacious. The blue house is an old house which was fully renovated in 2005. Due to our very humid climate and the thick walls made of stone, the houses in the Azores can smell a little moldy. This is natural for almost all the houses in the Azores. Tourists sense the smell easily as they are not used to it. We try to avoid this by airing out the houses as much as possible. As for the friendly aunts, another cartelistic of the Azores, as we are so exposed to nature, it is all around us, some insects due appear occasionally. Small precautions are taken by us and as well as by the guests. Thank you once again for stay and your comments which always help us to be more aware and more cautious. Managemente

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sacha (the owner) a message.

If Sacha (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
