Private Pool is open (May-Oct). Spa open all year. Relax in the spa, around the fire pit, and take in the beautiful evening on the nice decks. Game room set for hours of fun. Poker, pool, ping pong tables. Fun games for everyone.

The chef's dream kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, 2 ice makers, 3 refrigerators and a large freezer. Your group will have a wonderful time around the large dining table with seating for 18 people plus outdoor dining on the upper balcony.

For your sleeping comfort, the upper level also offers a large master bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a second full bathroom. The lower level has a queen bedroom, king bedroom and a bunk room that sleeps 6 as well as a futon sofa in the lower family room.

All the rooms have quiet running ceiling fans for comfort and 3 of the bedrooms have gorgeous lake views. The huge lower level Entertainment/Game room has a pool table, Foosball table, 2 flat-screen TV's, a poker table, a wet bar, and a walkout to the lower deck down to the pool area ( May - Oct.).Outdoor kitchen. You also have an upper-level area with 2 flat-screen TV's, plenty of relaxing sofas for family time.

Events and Activities, Great Dining, Outlet Shopping & more! Just off of the to Horseshoe Bend Parkway and only a short walk to Shady Gators and H. Toad's bar and grills, Lake Breeze Timbers is the perfect Vacation Home/Entertainment Complex for groups, large or small!

Our Lake home is a spacious and beautiful choice for your Great Lake Getaway with adjoining accommodations offering boat slips and vacation amenities for up to 40 guests. You can rent a boat and receive a slip with your rental. Vacation Home Managed by Professional Service Enterprise with full concierge service on our website Entertainment area walking distance to Htoad and Shady Gators.

Bike and walking paths Plenty of parking for large groups. Shared golf cart for guests to use if staying at the condos and Lake Breeze Timbers.

We are pet friendly and will allow your furry companion to come along on your amazing vacation. Pet fee is $50.00/pet and is in addition to other fees. There is a Pet Agreement this will be done after your reservation is booked.

Housekeeping Notes:

We would like to assure you that all homes are cleaned thoroughly, and all linens are washed in HOT water, with Spartan BDL, hospital quality detergent. We will leave a container of Clorox Disinfecting Wipes in the home for your convenience and health.

Fantastic for big groups

Great place for a big grp. Plenty of space and lots of beds. Only complaints are ping pong table was in disrepair and the living room sitting furniture was all very uncomfortable.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
