From the owner

Fabulous 1st floor apartment sleeping up to 6 with spectacular sea views over Mandalya Bay to the Aeagen Sea from the large balcony. The communal pool and gardens are right below the apartment making easy access for keeping an eye on the kids splashing around in the pool is no problem - you are near them at all times.

The apartment is lovingly furnished with a seating group of two Double Setees, providing comfortable accommodation for 6 people with the balcony bringing the outside in giving a feeling of real space, keeping the apartment light and airy. The open plan living space has a double aspect and wonderful sea and pool views. The integral living dining area means that meal preparation is done with the family around you. The fully equiped kitchen has sufficient Crockery and Cutlery for 6 guests.

The sliding doors from the living area lead out onto the large patio which has a glass table and chairs. Standing by the ballastrade you have a full view of the pool and sea.

Located at the Top of the resort for easy access and security with parking next to the apartment. Situated close to the main road, very convenient, only a short walk away to amenities and local transport with Bus Stop just outside Resort Gate.

For even larger parties or extended family, we invite you to make a simultaneous booking of our other apartment next door Lantana 4 (Home Ref:330396 ).

The resort amenities are about 5 mins walk away and include the clubhouse with its heated indoor Pool and 2 outdoor pools( one of which is a Slide Pool), Sports areas, 6 hole Golf Course, Sauna and Turkish Bath, Fitness Room and Beauty Parlour as well as a Supermarket.

Guests can also use similar facilities and Restaurants at the two sister resorts at no extra costs with free shuttle transfers within the resorts.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rubina (the owner) a message.

If Rubina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
