The 5 bed property has luxurious sleeping arrangements for 10, plus an additional bunk bed for 2 (children only).

A striking contemporary design ensures breath-taking views across three floors / 3300 sq ft, complimented by warm, luxury interiors orchestrated by an interior designer & recently published in '25 Beautiful Homes' magazine . Nestled within the 650 acre private estate of the idyllic 'Lakes by Yoo' near Cirencester and just 90 minutes from London, its position provides the perfect opportunity to kick back, relax and enjoy all the amenities provided at the lakes and the surrounding Cotswold towns and countryside.

Available for guests' use are kayaks, bikes, fishing, sailing & rowing boats, zip wires & use of the estate's luxury spa with 20m pool, sauna, spa and fully-equipped gym. A £60.00 spa induction fee is charged per party by the Lakes By Yoo estate.

In-home catering and beauty treatments can also be arranged.

Beyond the estate, guests can enjoy visiting the nearby Cotswolds towns & gourmet pubs, cookery courses at Thyme & Daylesford, horse riding, polo, shooting, water skiing and the Cotswolds Farm Park for youngsters.

Wow, that early morning view

Dear sir, I am so sorry to read your review. Having had nothing but extremely positive reviews for the last 5 years or so, including numerous ones since the change of ownership, I am very surprised. Ownership indeed changed a while ago, but day to day management by Lakes By Yoo has not -- there is zero difference in the way the house is managed. And the many recent 5 star reviews (since the change) are testament to that. I can only apologise to you, and I will investigate everything you have mentioned. I am aware of the internet problem, which I understand from the management was the biggest problem you faced. We were in the process of changing the internet provider to Gigaclear, which is super-fast broadband, and had provided a Vodafone dongle at the property while this was being installed, and I accept that this dongle may not have provided the super-fast internet connection you might have needed. I also understand that 2 toilets had flushing issues, but that this was fixed within a day or so. Other than that, I am not sure what you refer to, You mention a clogged basement, but the house doesn't actually have a basement. The clean before you arrived was done as it always is before any guest, and we have never had the slightest complaint. However, I will look into this more closely. Once again, apologies, and do please feel free to contact me directly to discuss further. I am so proud of this house and of the whole estate, and so proud of all the highly positive reviews I get personally as well as on this website, so I do take your concerns, the first I have ever had to deal with, very seriously. I hope we can be in touch and discuss further, and perhaps you can come back and stay with us again on more suitable terms. Wishing you all the best, and thank you for staying at White Willow Lodge.

Why can't I call Jerome (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jerome (the owner) a message.

If Jerome (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
