Le Pigeonnier is set in the countryside with rolling views down the valley. The terrace and south facing gardens are totally private and set away from the main house. Shared swimming pool with the owners.

Stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in exclusive location situation 18 kms (20 minutes drive) from Bergerac airport. Sleeps 6 adults/2 children. Furnished to a very high standard. Internet and fully heated including wood-burner.

All bedlinen and towels (including pool towels) are provided along with a midweek maid service. A change of linen is offered for guests staying for more than 7 nights.

The villa has its own private access and driveway.

The pool is shared with the owner and is available for use between 10.00h and 21.00h and is accessed from the villas own private garden.

For security the pool is closed from 21.00h until 10.00h for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
