From the owner

This impressive home away from home is a beautiful cedar cottage that is perfect for the family get-a-way. It is located in a quiet neighborhood of Ipperwash Beach. Fully furnished 3 bedroom cottage (sleeps 6) with access to sandy beaches on Lake Huron. Open concept living room/kitchen area. Enjoy a relaxing vacation for the whole family. Swimming, golf courses nearby, 10 minute walk to the beach or 10 minute drive to Pinery Provincial Park.

The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with a queen beds

and 1 with 2 single beds - bedding, pillows are provided but linen are

not provided so you will have to bring them and if you want to have a

fire you should bring some firewood or you can purchase a bag from the

local neighbors, everything else is provided ie... barbecue, fridge,

stove, microwave, electric kettle, regular coffee maker and

keurig coffee maker, TV, DVD player,

dishes, utensils etc..

Garbage / Recyclables

There are 2 containers beside the side deck entry, dispose of the items as outlined on the lids. Please don’t forget to take these 2 containers to the side of the road on Sunday evening, they will be picked up Monday morning regardless (even if Monday is a holiday); once they are emptied place them back where they were.

Cottage Cleaning

Please remember that it is required that the cottage (inside and out) be left thoroughly clean and tidy. If the property requires additional cleaning following your departure, deductions will be made from your deposit to cover the cost.

Barbeque

When using the barbeque ensure the BBQ valves are in the off position, before you turn on the tank valve. If the tank is empty, replace it with a new one stored in the basement.

Television / DVD / Entertainment / Recreational Equipment

There is satellite TV and Amazon Fire Stick and also DVD movies (in the bottom shelf of the green cabinet in the living room) available, in the master bedroom there are books and in the basement there are bicycles and water floaters you can use during your stay.

You are welcome to use the telephone for local calls only.

Please ensure when bringing your pet that you clean up (inside & outside) after them, and keep them off furniture (couches / beds).

Why can't I call PFUNDNER (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send PFUNDNER (the owner) a message.

If PFUNDNER (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
