This 'dwelling', unique in its kind, has been built on a former sugar cane plantation, and decorated and arranged by an artist and a designer around an interior patio and a kitchen/dining area outside 'integrating the pool area'. The wooded property of cactus and palm trees, is located in a very quiet rural environment, surrounded by crops of bananas, pineapple and sugar cane...

For those looking for a setting different from the classic 'sea view', while remaining close to the beach (10 min by car), the Manatee housing offers a full-foot of 250 m2 living space, more pool, without vis-à-vis on a property of 2500 m2.     Il est quand méme étrange que tous les voyageurs depuis bientôt 4 ans, et même ceux qui ont séjourné après vous, ont toujours noté notre location et les installations misent à disposition entre 4,5 et 5 étoiles ... Je suppose que l''on ne peut pas demander à tout le monde d'apprécier, ce que vous appelez "vieillissant", comme une démarche décorative ou de savoir utiliser des prises "commandées" ( par un interrupteur )... Ce qui me rassure, c'est que 99% des voyageurs ( sauf vous ) apprécient le design et l'ambiance d'une villa de "caractère", unique en son genre. Il semble de plus que notre location ne soit pas assez luxueuse à votre gout, effectivement, vous devriez chercher des locations entre 4 et 6000 euros la semaine et non aux alentours de 1000 / 1200 ! Merci pour la cuisinière ! PS : Vous n'avez pas signé votre avis, mais je pense que c'est vous qui avez cassé toutes les étagères du réfrigérateur !? Effectivement l'éclairage de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas lors de votre séjour, ce qui n'est plus le cas !

    How do damage deposits work?
