.Our lovely large apartment has spectacular views of the sea of the Rade of Brest and the garden runs along the waters edge. The setting is wonderfully quiet and peaceful and the barbeque in the garden faces the water with lots of boating. The apartment is light and sunny It has a modern kitchen with dining area, a large lounge overlooking the water and two large bedrooms one of which has sea views. The total floor area is 90 sq. m. giving a spacious feel. The large garden which runs along the waters edge is shared with our two other apartments. There is also a small balcony for the use of the guests of this second floor apartment.on the stairway .

Our lovely three newly renovated apartments are bright and clean with new carpeting and furnishing. The furniture is a mix of both modern and traditional. We can supply both a cot and highchair if required. There is a laundry room on the ground floor shared with the other three apartments. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and a corner bath. . The satelite TV has all Free to Air channels for the UK, France, Germany and some other european countries.BR>The apartment has a second means of escape as a fire precaution.
All utility costs and cleaning are included in our rates. However we ask guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy in order to facilitate the main clean after guests have left. All bed linen and towels are included in our rates . The large garden is only shared with the other two apartments and there is an ample supply of chairs tables, sun loungers and both a brick built bbq and a gas bbq..

The quayside village is busy in summer with water sport enthusiasts and a new boat trip service has just commenced traversing the Rade of Brest with spectacular scenery. The area is part of the protected National
Parks of France. The village of Landevennec is famous for it's ancient Abbey which makes an interesting visit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christopher (the owner) a message.

If Christopher (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
