In the heart of Touraine and its Royal Castles, in a forest ownership and breeding of deer and fallow deer, 4 km north of the town of Langeais (37), Vau Cup is a prestigious and charming (dating from the 14th century) for 2 to 4 persons. 110 m² on 3 levels. High-end equipment. Large fireplace of time, furniture and carpets elders, exposed beams. Central heating, 1 bathroom with whirlpool bath and a shower room. Ultra modern kitchen. Garden of 2,500 m² in the former with ancient and forgotten vegetables, pond poisssonneux with boat and pontoon.

Superb environment closely and wood, quiet, view on the Park.

Our cottage is a beautiful 14th century mansion with a large original fireplace, furniture and antique carpets that we ask our guests to respect. We welcome children although the spiral staircase and skylight that leads to the first floor requires some monitoring of children in infancy. We accept smoking and well behaved pets!
The private lake is accessible to fishermen and the vegetable garden, vegetables and eggs offered.

Merci infiniment de votre commentaire. Vos remarques sont d'autant plus précieuses à nos yeux que vous êtes nos fidèles locataires depuis 8 ans déjà... Nous faisons tout pour que notre gîte conserve son caractère traditionnel, son charme naturel la beauté de son environnement. Comme vous le remarquez justement, les réseaux de téléphone mobile ne passent pas tous. C'est pourquoi nous avons maintenu dans la maison une ligne de téléphone directe et, depuis que le wi fi fonctionne bien, ce n'est plus un problème. Quant à l'A 85 à laquelle nous n'avons pu échapper (malgré mon combat de 10 ans à la tête d'une association contre le contournement nord de Langeais!), elle passe à plus de 2 km de la propriété et ce n'est que lorsque le vent d'ouest souffle que nous entendons le trafic routier. C'est assez rare et ne perturbe pas gravement le calme remarquable et remarqué des lieux. Comme vous, nous souhaitons que cela dure longtemps, pour le plaisir de recevoir nos hôtes et pour leur plus grande satisfaction. Andrée Colson (propriétaire) et sa fidèle "équipe d'accueil".

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Andree (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
