We have 2 charming, beautifully renovated, 15Century cottages available to rent in the heart of the beautiful Brittany countryside. Surrounded by rolling fields and birdsong and all within a 30 min drive of the fabulous Brittany coast and its renouned beaches.

Extremely well equipped and oozing Breton character, both the Cottages provide the ideal base for you to enjoy this truly beautiful part of France.

MIMOSA COTTAGE has 3 bedrooms (1 king-sizedouble, 1 twin and 1 single), comfortably sleeping up to 5 people plus a baby/toddler, with a sofa bed in the lounge for a 6th person if required.

The downstairs living space is open plan giving an airy, yet cosy feel with a log burning stove and old oak beams enhancing the cottages typical Breton charm. Here there is a TV (receiving UK free view channels), DVD player, radio/CD player.

The very well-equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, and a table with seating for up to 6 people. There is also a seperate downstairs loo with a handbasin.

Upstairs there are the three bedrooms and the shower room with a loo and handbasin.

The Cottage has its own private garden, with table, chairs, parasol and sun-loungers.

Set in 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens, in addition to each cottages' own private garden areas, there is a large grassed paddock with a Boules pitch and a 4 metre splash pool (during the summer months).

We also have a Games room with various games including Table tennis and a Darts board. These spaces are shared with Mimosa Lodge guests.

As well as plenty of open spaces for children to play, there are secluded areas to find peace and relaxation, but if you want activity it is available all around.

Extremely well equipped and oozing Breton character, both the Cottages provide the ideal base for you to enjoy this truly beautiful part of France.

We believe that the client should know what they are paying for - with this in mind our rental charges are all inclusive - there are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.

Why can't I call Holly (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I view and manage my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Holly (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Holly (the owner) a message.

If Holly (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
