'Kif-Kif' is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom Cottage/Gite surrounded by beautiful countryside, in the heart of central Brittany, France.

The cottage has a spacious open plan ground floor with comfortable lounge and kitchen areas. The lounge has a beautiful Breton fireplace with log burning stove and is equipped with TV including UK free view satellite channels, DVD player, and stereo. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, dishwasher, and microwave along with everything else you may need. The patio doors open out onto a pergola covered terrace overlooking beautiful views across the valley.

On the ground floor,is a Twin bedroom with a shower room with basin and WC. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms; the master bedroom with a small balcony allowing you to soak up those wonderful views and a further twin bedroom which can accommodate a folding bed (for a seventh person) and/or a cot.

There is a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and WC. We also have a stair gate and high chair available if required.

Just 3km to the nearby village of Langonnet, where you will find all your local amenities, including a mini-mart with a good wine section and fresh produce, butchers, bakers, pharmacy, post office, bank, hairdressers, bar/tabacconist and restaurant.

Five to ten minutes drive away, are the larger towns of Le Faouet and Gourin, which offer weekly markets and a larger array of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Why can't I call Richard (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
