Welcome to Seascape Villa, a spacious three bedroom luxury villa with private swimming pool.
Unlike many Mediterranean holiday destinations, North Cyprus has not succumbed to demands of mass tourism, so it remains an idyllic, peaceful haven for those visitors who discover its beauty. It is comparatively cheap too as it is not in the euro zone and the local currency is Turkish lira.
The long dry summers and short mild winters make Cyprus a popular destination all year round, with glorious sea temperatures of around 21C, .
Seascape Villa offers everything you could need for the perfect home away from home, within a tranquil setting, but just minutes away from the local nightlife. Located in a quiet residential area just west of the Lapta strip but within easy reach of the strip by dolmus and its renowned bars, restaurants and nightlife.
The nearest beach, Sardunya Bay, has an open air bar which has a chilled daytime vibe but is renowned for its live music come evening time and after a short 5 minute walk mountainside you will find the Montenegro Sports Bar.
The new costal beach path in Lapta is beautiful for an early morning or late afternoon stroll or if a mountain hike takes your fancy the mountain range is a short walk from the villa
There are 2 supermarkets and a bakery offering freshly baked bread and fresh eggs, within a short walking distance on the main beach road.
The living room and dining area are the heart of the house for relaxing, spacious enough to spread out and enjoy the facilities but cosy enough to come together to watch a DVD or share an intimate evening. The lounge is fully equipped with LCD TV (with Cinema, Spotify, BBCiplayer and Netflix)/DVD player, ipod dock and a large selection of DVD’s and book library.
The kitchen comprises of a 4 ring gas hob and burners, built in microwave and oven, dishwasher, drinks cooler and large fridge freezer. There is also a large capacity washing machine. We provide as standard kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron and board, cooking utensils.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with kingsize bed, built-in wardrobes, dresser, full length mirror and bedside lockers with lamps and double aspect picture windows overlooking the front and side with sea views and ensuite shower room.
The second and third double bedrooms comprise of similar furnishings to the master bedroom, have comfortable double beds with quality bedding, adjacent shower rooms and balconies overlooking the the pool and garden.
All the bedrooms (and the downstairs living areas) have air conditioning units*, hairdryers and bed linen. Bath and pool towels are also provided.
The large pool (10 x 5 metres, unheated) which is maintained by us (expect 2 visits per week in the summer months) and terraces are ideal for socialising with friends, family or just relaxing in the sunshine and with temperatures hitting the early 40s in August you might simply want to relax with a good book and a cold beer on your poolside lounger
There is a brick built BBQ and at night time you can enjoy the mountain and sea views as you dine, al fresco, on the patio.
The villa is suitable for elderly guests and those with a physical handicap, we have a downstairs bedroom, shower room and toliet, shower chair, motorised easy rise recliner chair, wheelchair, stroller and ramps at the front and rear for wheelchair access.
We welcome families and children and provide a cot and a high chair for infants
A car is advised, but not essential as the villa is on the beach road dolmus route which goes right into Kyrenia (current ticket price 98p (15 kilometres) or to the Lapta strip 56p).
Our team of dedicated and reliable drivers are able to arrange a transfer in an air conditioned mini bus to/from Larnaca airport in the south (current cost £70 each way) or to/from Ercan airport in the north (current cost £45 each way).
We live locally and will greet you either on arrival or the next morning to hand over. We provide a welcome pack with the basics to get you started regardless of arrival time, consisting of eggs, milk, bottled water, juice, bread, tea and coffee, sugar, 4 beers, margarine and toilet tissue, which is included in the price of your stay as a small thank you from us.
