From the owner

Our cottage is located at the hill top called "The Poggetto", from which you can admire the splendid panorama of the Tuscan hills planted with olive trees, vines and fruit trees. Our house is surrounded by greenery and silence reigns and peace, despite being 5 minutes walk from the center of the little hamlet. The building dates from the late '700 and we have the carefully renovated in 2008, trying to combine respect for the original style with the use of modern green building technologies. On the ground floor of the house there are two "studios" fully equipped and independent: One of 60 sqm. (Called "La Taverna) consisting of a large studio for 2-4 people with kitchen and bathroom One of 45 sqm. (Called "The Vault") also consisting of a studio for 2-4 persons with kitchen and large bathroom. They are both very cool in summer and warm in winter. We photovoltaics, compost and make rainwater harvesting. The house is surrounded by greenery; the studios have independent access by a large garden with table, chairs, umbrella and sailing, barbecue and deck chairs. For those coming by car, you can park inside the property. We live in the same house percu, though it is ensured privacy, personally welcome our guests and we are available to provide information and advice on places to visit, even less tourist itineraries. In the area you can buy organic fruits and vegetables; I can help find other typical food products is both craft and put in liaison with professionals in the health sector.

Our house is on two floors. On the ground floor we have studios for guests, while the first floor inhabit us: a couple and a 18 year old son. We are present and we welcome our guests. We guarantee complete privacy, but we are available to give advice on places, the best restaurants, craftsmen .... we are in direct contact with the operators being (shiatsu, acupuncture, reiki, reflexology ......), we have a network of organic producers of vegetables, fruits, eggs, teas, oils, wine, oil. We are therefore available for those who want it with all our network of friends and acquaintances. We also know the area well and can give indications about the fantastic places that surround us and of fairs and festivals
