Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort is situated between the small town of Roldan and the village of Basilicas, the resort is less than 10 minutes' drive from the glorious Mar Menor blue flag beaches. Murcia City is less than 40 a minute drive and the beautiful historic city of Cartagena is a 35 minute drive away. The apartment itself is ideally situated within an easy 10 minute stroll of the recently opened Supermarket and Golf Shop and now Coppola's bar/restaurant is open for your added convenience, there are also two communal swimming pools less than 70 yards from the apartment. Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort is situated 15 minute drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport and an easy 45 minute motorway drive from Alicante airport, all major airlines fly into either. Located at the business park next to the resort, you will find a further great choice of places to eat, Indian restaurants, a grill House, a sports bar, a Chinese buffet restaurant and a Spanish restaurant.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mattthew (the owner) a message.

If Mattthew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
