The Villa is 140 Mq on two floors with a wide garden of another 150 Mq, sharmly decorated with a plenty of tropical plants. The building architecture is distinguished by an elegant and a cosy white colonial style.

Located in the heart of one gated that showcases a lush vegetation, a lovely wide pool is at just 20 meters. this villa will be will be the ideal starting point for wonderful walks and discoveries in Republic Dominican.

In Las Terrenas everything is there to guarantee a change of scenery while providing the necessary services (shops, restaurants, hospitals, pharmacies, schools, transport). You can either keep your habits or immerse yourself in a new and extraordinary people know environment, cheerful atmosphere to the rhythm of local music, dances like Bachata merengue and salsa. You will be at just 150m from the unique beach of punta popi and 400m from the village center.

The house has on the 1st floor 3 bedrooms with king or quen beds (all rooms are air-conditioned), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and bidet. On the ground floor a large living room and a kitchen open onto a covered terrace ideally oriented facing the trade winds, and a beautiful wide garden decorated with passiflora, frangipani plants a personal coconut tree to provide you a wide fresh shadow. In the graden you will also find a wonderufl colonial style white metal chairs and dining table. Another bathroom with toilet, bathtub and a washing/dry machine complete equipment is placed on the ground floor. For your comfort, rooms are all equipped with a fan (inlcuding bathrooms) and your taste buds an American barbecue awaits lobsters, prawns and other fresh fish found each day fishermen stand.

We can tell you at your request all tips (beaches, restaurants, car rental at preferential rates, airport transfers, excursions, snorkeling sites, dance school, kite surfing ...).

In the garden ther are also tropical fruit trees, like mango and coconut that you are free to taste!

We can provide people for any service you may need like cleaning, cooking, baby sitting, medical assistance, etc.

Furthermore our villa manager will be at your full disposal for any need during your whole vacation.
