Our luxury 615 sq. ft studio apartment is located on the 27th floor of the prestigious, AAA Four-Diamond Palms Place, Las Vegas. With its king-size bed and the added possibility of using the sofa-bed, it can comfortably accomodate up to 4 guests, and its open-balcony offer amazing views of the Las Vegas Strip!

The fully-tiled marble bathroom has a giant walk-in power-shower as well as an Australian Rain Shower in addition to the Jett-tub jacuzzi bath. It also offers a fully-functional kitchenette (equipped with all necessary cookware, dishes and silverware) with twin hob, microwave oven and fridge-freezer with built-in ice maker.

The Suite combines a luxury bedroom area with a comfortable living space, and has two 42" Flat Screen TVs, Free WiFi. Enjoy the superb Strip view both day and night from the apartment's floor to ceiling windows with heavy drapes to get a perfect sleep anytime of day.

All guests have access to the Gym and Fitness Studio, Beauty Center and Tanning Salon located on the 6th floor, as well as the year-round heated swimming pool and sun terrace. My guests can take advantage of the on-site Spa to truly pamper yourself for just $25 for the whole day. We may be able to offer complimentary Drift Spa passes upon request.

Palms Place is conveniently located one mile from Las Vegas Blvd being close enough to the action, but far enough to enjoy a great night's sleep and free onsite parking

How do damage deposits work?

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
