The b&b village is a historic residence dating back to 1500 and is located in the historic centre of Laterina, a beautiful medieval village in the heart of Tuscany between Arezzo, Siena and Florence.

The ancient structure of the old houses with coffered ceilings and terracotta floors, and furnished with antiques.

    Carissimi Anna, le tue parole ci hanno riempite di gioia. La vostra permanenza nella nostra casa e' stato un momento particolarmente bello del nostro"lavoro". Fin da subito abbiamo capito che eravamo di fronte ad una famiglia speciale, ognuno di voi era il tessallo di un bellissimo puzzle che si incastrava perfettamente con gli altri per dare vita ad uno straordinario capolavoro di affetti. Speriamo davvero che le nostre strade si incontrino ancora da qualche parte...da nord a sud, passando da Laterina. Un bacio grandissimo a tutti voi. Anna Maria e Carlo.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

    If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
