This charming detached cottage is set in the village of Fivelanes, near to Launceston in Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Jolls Ground Barn is a charming, detached cottage in the village of Fivelanes, near to Launceston in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, which are made up of one king-size double which is zip/link and can be twin on request, one double and one twin and a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory with dining area and a games room with table tennis, darts and pool table. To the outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Set in a stunning location, Jolls Ground Barn, will make a great place to stay at any time of the year. Please note: There is no charging of electric vehicles permitted at this property. Local charging point available locally.

Amenities: Oil-fired central heating with woodburning stove. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher; with tumble dryer and freezer in the garage. TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Access to field behind garden. Three well-behaved dogs welcome (please bring their own dog beds, towels and throws). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 15 mins walk. Note: Although all ground floor, the property is accessed via three steps and the conservatory by two. The doorway into conservatory is quite low. Note: Fields surrounding property often hold livestock, dogs to be kept under control. Please note: This property can only accept bookings that start on a Friday, Saturday or Monday, any other bookings may be at risk of cancellation.

Region: Cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations.

Town: The small village of Five Lanes is situated less than 10 miles from Launceston and is home to the King Heads pub and hotel, which was built in 1623. The pretty, neighbouring village of Altarnun offers a Post Office and church, plus long walks can be enjoyed around the local area. Eight miles away is the town of Launceston, on the Devon and Cornwall border. This town boasts wonderful architecture, including Georgian buildings in the central square, and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town.
