Gîte nature 2-12 personnes

Mélanie et ses enfants vous accueillent dans leur gîte situé à Lavoine, dans les Montagnes bourbonnaises de l’Auvergne. Dans un environnement préservé à 800 m d’altitude, au milieu des bois et sans voisinage immédiat, vous profiterez du calme et de la sérénité de ce hameau ancien. Idéalement situé à proximité du GR3 et du Rocher Saint-Vincent (spot d’escalade parmi les plus grands d’Europe), vous pourrez profiter de toutes les activités nature de cette belle région : ski, raquette, randonnée, escalade, VTT, équitation, pêche, sports aquatiques. Au calme mais non isolé, toutes les commodités se trouvent à moins de 15 minutes en voiture.

D’une capacité de 2 à 12 personnes, sur trois niveaux et avec chauffage central, le gîte se trouve dans une ancienne ferme en pierres de pays restaurée avec goût par un architecte, au sein d’un hameau de 3 maisons. Le gîte se compose au rez-de-chaussée d’un grand salon/salle à manger avec poêle à bois (bois offert), d’une cuisine équipée avec réfrigérateur, table de cuisson à gaz avec four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, cafetière, bouilloire et toute la vaisselle nécessaire pour 12 personnes. Un sèche-linge et un congélateur sont à votre disposition au sous-sol du gîte. Une salle d’eau avec douche et des toilettes séparées complètent ce niveau. Au premier étage vous trouverez une chambre palière avec 2 lits simples, une grande salle d’eau avec douche et toilettes, et la chambre principale avec lit double (160x200). Un escalier vous mène au grand dortoir du 2e étage et à ses deux espaces distincts, composés de deux lits doubles (140x190) et de 4 lits simples modulables. Pour vous détendre et pour le plaisir de vos enfants, vous pourrez accéder librement au jardin de la propriété (7 000 m2 de verdure en lisière de forêt), avec parc avec poules, coqs et canards, et enclos dédié à l'accueil des chevaux et ânes.

En accord avec la sérénité environnante, nous privilégions une approche biologique et naturelle avec des produits d’entretien faits maison, les œufs de nos poules, pain, brioches et pizzas cuits au feu de bois.

Animaux acceptés sur demande et avec supplément réglable sur place - 10 euros par animal et par séjour.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Mélanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
