Modern apartment with exterior views

This apartment is centrally located, just 200 meters from the sandy beach that has been awarded the blue flag because the water quality is particularly good.

This small but well equipped apartment can provide ample space 40sqm two adults and a child. It is located on the second floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The latter offers a shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and night tables double. The living area open plan with a kitchenette, TV, radio, sofa, chairs and the kitchen has induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and of course the basic equipment. In addition, the apartment has a washing machine.

The building has an elevator available.

At 100 meters there are restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets, banks and more. Hasta La Coruna or Santiago is about 60 kilometers. Both cities have airports. The fishing village of Laxe has 4,000 inhabitants and is especially popular in summer with tourists, you can eat some of the best seafood dishes in northern Spain.

Hola Guzmán, gracias por escribir tu opinión, las fiestas locales, son un evento de atracción que cada año celebra ésta Localidad del 15 al 18 de agosto, fue una lastima que no me hubieras pedido información sobre ese evento, ya que hubiéramos cancelado o cambiado las fechas con antelación ya que he rechazado a más de 20 solicitudes de reserva para venir exclusivamente a las fiestas. Con todos mis respetos a la gente muy sensible a cualquier sonido musical, también hay que respetar a los que gustan de las fiestas y disfrutan de ellas. De todas formas como sabes el edificio estaba con todos los apartamento ocupados y pregunté a los demás huéspedes por si habían sentido y tenido molestias por el sonido de la orquesta y todos me han dicho que se sentía algo pero, que no les había privado del sueño para nada y yo mismo que dormí en uno de los apartamentos del edificio, me acosté sobre las 2,00 horas me quedé dormido hasta las 8,00 sin sentir música ni ruido de nada. De todas formas y una vez conocido el evento, siempre tenías la opción de cancelar la estancia. Gracias por tu estancia y saludos.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alfredo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
