Villa Incita is a large,private,six bedroom,south facing family friendly villa, set in an acre of flat, mature gardens, below the tranquil, medieval village of Le Bar sur Loup. The pool, trampoline, sandpit and swings provide plenty of entertainment for families with smaller children and the flexible accomadation makes it an ideal rental for a large family. With easy access from Nice airport, close proximity to the beautiful private beaches of the Cote d'Azur, golf courses and shopping on La Croisette, it really does provide everything you would expect from a holiday villa in the South of France.

The Villa offers 6 double bedrooms. Three bedrooms on the ground floor all en suite. Three bedrooms downstairs, one of which is en suite. The bedrooms on the lower level have doors which open onto a terrace, providing a separate entrance if so required. The flexible nature of the layout makes this an ideal rental for two families. There is a large open plan living area, open plan kitchen and dining room. Sky TV, DVD with a large selection of films for all ages, Wii and internet access is all available.

The outside area offers many different possibilities for al fresco dining. There is a large undercover Veranda at the front of the property with table and chairs, close to the indoor kitchen. A round stone table provides a fun area next to the summer kitchen (Pizza oven & open Spit) or the portable Weber BBQ allows for easy eating around the pool and loggia area. All usual rental requirements provided, including linen & towels. Beach towels are not included. Any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fiona (the owner) a message.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
