We are located on the peaceful heights of Carbet in Caribbean north to Fromager. F2 It is fully equipped with panoramic views of the bay and the Carbet Carbet peaks and the collective pool of the residence. Only ten minutes walk, you will find the lively village of shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, souvenirs) bars and restaurants (fresh fish every day) and the beach area. . You will be within minutes of St Peter and Mount Pelee (City of Arts and Stories). The area is ideal for hiking and scuba diving. je confirme que la location est bien proche du Carbet , il est facile de vérifier sur "google maps", le logement se situe à 1km et 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et de ce fait de la plage du Carbet. J'ai tout de même conseillé d'avoir un voiture sur le site car certes 1km ce n'est pas une grande distance mais cela dépend de la condition physique. Concernant l'impression de pénetrer dans un musée, il me semble q'un musée est un endroit ou l'on expose de vieux objets, pourtant dans le logement il n'y a rien de vieux que du matériels électroménager récents , de moins de 2 ans ( centrifugeuse, grille pain, micro ondes, mixeur, four, coupe légume, ustensiles de cuisine, couverts) rien de futile, d'ailleurs les clients précédents étaient satisfaits de trouver tous ces appareils pour faciliter leurs quotidiens. Concernant les linges de toilettes ils sont changés régulièrement et aucunement désuets et usés. La plaque électrique doit être changé mais la fissure n'empêche pas son fonctionnement.

Dommage de mettre un avis aussi négatif, il aurait été judicieux de m'en parler, la piscine n'est pas privé vous le saviez, comparer le nord et le sud c'est subjectif, moi je préfère le nord parce que niveau tranquillité vous auriez été servi dans le sud. Les randonnées du Nord?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Feelit (the owner) a message.

If Feelit (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
