Merci pour vos critiques nous tacherons d'y remédier.Le prestataire pour la réparation du volet roulant ayant un calendrier chargé n'a pas pu intervenir à temps pour changer le moteur.Nous avons effectivement constaté l'absence de matériel qui était présent initialement (sèche-cheveux,ustensiles de cuisines,grille-pain(surprenant)).Nous devrons être plus pointilleux lors des états des lieux de sortie pour voir ce qu'il nous a été subtilisé.Concernant le prix il il varie en fonction de la saison en se basant sur le secteur et la prestation.Vous avez eu le tarif le plus élevé puisque nous étions en haute saison.Les rideaux orange sont occultants. Les rideaux blancs sont des voilages qui laissent passer la lumière la journée en gardant votre intimité.Ils seront dorénavant sur deux tringles différentes afin de bien les différencier. Merci pour votre commentaire.

I have to say I am really disappointed of what I have just read.It is the first bad comment ever I have received since I have begun.We never had no argue together,I was so sad for you that the washing machine flooded all over during your stay that I was determined to buy a new one,until a professional showed me the manipulation that need to be done and explained to me that it was due to a wrong handling from you (what I never told you because I did not want you to feel guilty about that,do you realize that?the so called washing machine works very well right now and I even washed the towels with it to show you.I let you a note to call me to explain to you how it works,I called several times at the appartment and send you several emails to know if you all right and you never answered me.Now I understand why and I also understand why the place was so dirty with sand all over the place even on the tables and the bed.I could have save the guarantee but I am not like you people and I m proud to be a honest person.You are grown people(older than me) and I think you should have a better behaviour.It's not fair to act like that and I hope you will understand that.I think you tried to abuse my kindness when You saw that I was very sad for you and was ready to do anything.I even whashed the appartment for you during your day out and bought you a bottle of punch.I am really disappointed of human kind when - see things like that.I really hope you are not people like that in your every day life because you really don't seem to be bad people at first sight.

Why can't I call Vivien (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Vivien (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vivien (the owner) a message.

If Vivien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
