Dear Madam, Dear Sir,

Thanks for your interest in my 3 stars Duplex apartment for 8 persons with2 bathrooms Fireplace and home cinema next to the ski slopes, located in « Les Cedres » building – 74450 Le Grand Bornand.(Grand Bornand Village, « Hameau de Suize » area) Please find down below a complete description of the Duplex. It offers 2 levels.

First Level (front entrance door):

• 2 double bedrooms with each a 140cm bed

• 1 bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine with dryer.

• 1 separate WC.

• 1 fully equiped kitchnette, 4 burners, an oven , a dishwasher, pressure cooker,a mixer ,a coffe machine, toaster, pans ,frying pans ,kettler, « gratin »dishes ,2 sets of dinner ware, etc.

• 1 large living room area- with 300 watts Samsung Home Cinema Set, large flat screen , sound bar and WiFi – round a fireplace(in wich you can make fire-(retail sales of firewood logs nearby)),2 armchairs,1 coffe table, a 2/4 seats couch.

• A dining room area with an up to 8 persons table.

• This living room is surrounded with large windows and doors on a panoramic south balcony overlooking the beautiful Aravis mountains and to the right the center of the village.

Second Level :

• 1 mezzanine with a couch and children TV area

• 2 successive bedrooms each with two 90cm beds

• 1 shower room with sink and WC.

This 90m2 apartment is 3 stars classified by the tourism office. It is located 2 shuttle stops from the slopes (which is closer than from the center of the village .) You will have free access to the shuttle service thanks to the guest card that will be issued on my behalf on renting the apartment. You can get on board everyother 30mm in front of the building , otherwise you can walk up to the skiing area(10mm walk leaving skis and shoes by « Jocelyne Pérrilat »a ski rental down the slopes,where I have negociated for you a 30%discount if during school time ,and 20% discount during school holidays, plus a free ski closet. Or you can drive a 5mm ride (large safe parking lot in front of the building.)

« Le Grand Bornand » is a ski resort with a very nice « savoyard style downtown center », construction building is regulated in order to save the charming esthetic, therefore you will find a lot of « chalets ». The resort has 47 ski lifts,snow making guns, large cross country skiing fields, a skating ring, restaurants, 2 supermarkets, a butchery, 2 bakeries , every other Wednesday is held an open air market on the village market place, a ski school, lots of tennis courts ,a large swimming pool with water slide, a cinema, golf practise, an equestian center, the « Annecy Lake », the « Talloire Golf » etc.
