Only 5 minutes from the beach (1.8 km) and in an exceptional setting on the outskirts of the Camargue, detached house equipped and close to everything, facing south-south west with: 2 bedrooms 13m ², a living room 18 m², a kitchen , a bathroom, a separate toilet, a veranda 20m ² and a sunny garden 40m ². Easy parking, nearby and free. Payment check vacancy possible Two bedrooms sleeping 140, a sofa bed in the living room, a sofa bed under the veranda bring to 7 the number of beds originally planned for 6pers. the house is equipped with mosquito nets, fan and air conditioning. In the kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven, mini oven, coffee maker, toaster, hob, fridge / freezer combination, mini chopper, kettle, dishes, your own FREE WiFi and Orange codes will allow you a Wifi connection, if you do not want to watch TV or go to the famous Toro pool with your family. Outdoor Jacuzzi The backyard, its outbuildings, the attic and the old garage, are not included in the rental, you can however extend the laundry and let it dry in the sun in the courtyard or just enjoy the quiet to read a book, you relax and simply "bubble". This setting will allow you to be close to nature with Les Salins du Midi, protected area "Natura 2000" where it is possible to spy quietly flamingos and to enjoy natural areas not conquered by concrete. You can also reach the sea, the Super U, the Mac Do, the bakery and tobacco-press as well as the city center in 5-10 minutes on foot or by bike, but also relax with ballads on foot, by bike or on horseback, visit the Seaquarium, go to Luna-park, or eat at the casino within 1 km. Gourmands may be pushed to 7 km and go eat ice Aigues Mortes fortified medieval town, from which King Saint Louis went on a crusade. Merci de ce sympathique retour. Concernant le mois de Septembre, tout comme Mai ou Juin, je ne peux malheureusement que recenser les activités existantes. La majeure partie des activités sur la ville et alentours proches ont effectivement lieu essentiellement en Juillet et Aout. L' an prochain, si vous le pouvez je vous suggère de privilégier la deuxième semaine de Septembre, c'est la fête votive du Grau du Roi. Vous pourrez ainsi être au cœur même de nos traditions en plus des activités annexes déjà existantes. Merci de votre confiance et a très bientôt.

Why can't I call Ludovic (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ludovic (the owner) a message.

If Ludovic (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
