Ces personnes (deux dames d'un certain âge (50 et + de 60 ans de Nice ) sont arrivées avec de très mauvaises intentions avec deux chiens dont un bouvier bernois que j'avais aimablement acceptés. Il s'agissait de leur première expérience en gîte et aussi, il faut savoir qu'Avèze est un village rural. Notre seule erreur, c'est que ma belle fille qui fait le ménage n'avait pas passé de chiffon sur les appuis de fenêtre et sur le réfrigérateur. Sinon, les sanitaires et la cuisine étaient en parfait état, elles l'ont reconnu. Le protège matelas avait été changé et les draps installés pour leur arrivée. Nous passons la toile (gaze préimprégnées) après chaque départ même si le ménage a été fait par les sortants. Nous désinfectons même les bondes de douche systématiquement. Contrairement à ce que cette dame affirme, nous avons remédié immédiatement à leur insatisfaction et sommes restées à leur écoute pour par exemple leur installer le wifi qu'elles n'arrivaient pas à faire. Malgré tout, leur mauvaise humeur a perduré. Une éponge avait été laissée par les locataires précédents, comme parfois, on peut laisser du sel, du poivre : les vacanciers sont supposés apporter leur nécessaire. Nous fournissons une patte de nettoyage ainsi qu'un chiffon, qui sont changés systématiquement après chaque séjour. Nous fournissons également, une descente de douche qui naturellement est changée à chaque nouvelle arrivée. En ce qui concerne le fil sous l'évier, c'est tout à fait aux normes puisque c'est la mise à la terre des conduites d'eau en cuivre (liaison équipotentielle) En ce qui concerne les multiprises, elles ont été déplacées délibérément par les vacancières pour prises de photos : - la multiprise sur le réfrigérateur alimente le micro onde et la télé, et est normalement placée derrière le micro onde. La prise source est de 16 ampères ce qui est largement surdimensionné pour l'alimentation de ces deux appareils En ce qui concerne l'autre multiprise, il s'agit de la prise de la machine à café Le store électrique a été condamné avec les travaux qui ont été faits en 2011 car ils n'ont plus leur fonctionnalité dans ce gîte puisqu'une baie vitrée a été installée. Des tentures préservent l'intimité du gîte. En ce qui concerne le détecteur de fumée, il est en place et fonctionnel. Pour ce qui est de la buanderie, une machine à laver (achetée il y a deux mois en remplacement de la machine obsolète) est mise à disposition pour 3 gîtes dont la capacité et de 2 + 3 + 4. Jusqu'à présent personne ne s'est plaint sur le sujet, je n'ai pas observé d'embouteillage à la buanderie. Deux barbecue sont à disposition : l'un au gaz (recouvert d'une bâche pour éviter les saletés et l'autre au charbon dans le jardin). En ce qui concerne le jardin, il est bien spécifié qu'il fait l'objet d'une mutualisation. Elles souhaitaient le privatiser pour leur chien, ce à quoi, j'ai répondu négativement. Par ailleurs, Il a fait l'objet d'une mise en place complète en début de saison par un paysagiste, il est vrai que l'herbe était jaunie, mais nous sortons d'une période de trois semaines de chaleur. Du reste, le jardin avait été tondu dix jours avant leur arrivée. Elles ne se sont pas gênées pour faire faire leur besoin au gros chien. Je tiens photos des déjections à disposition. Je ne parle pas des aboiements intempestifs tôt le matin et qui ont gêné les autres occupants des gîtes. La terrasse a été nettoyée complètement et désherbée durant leur séjour. Je ne souhaite à aucun propriétaire de recevoir de telles personnes aussi négatives et médisantes. Elles ont interpellé les gens du village pour se plaindre et dire des méchancetés. Je montrerai plus de vigilance à l'avenir car leur attitude au téléphone laissait présager les soucis. Depuis 2011, date d'ouverture des gîtes, c'est la première fois que je reçois des vacanciers aussi négatifs. Le gîte répond aux 180 critères exigés par la préfecture pour un classement trois étoiles. La visite a eu lieu. Le classement a été donné. Je précise que ces dames ont envoyé une plainte à l'office de tourisme en soupçonnant le préfet de "copinage" au moment de l'attribution du classement, ce qui est inadmissible et non citoyen. Ah oui, encore une chose, j'ai passé du temps à enlever les poils de leur chien qui s'étaient mis dans les draps (de marque DESCAMPS à 200 euros la paire) et qui, je pense ont dormi avec leur maîtresse.
