- Mauritian Varangue: a semi-covered outdoor area overlooking the garden - ideal for winding down and enjoying meals

- Dedicated housekeeper at your service 3x/ week between 8 am and 12 pm

secured 4-suite premium villa with private swimming pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV with housekeeper, overlooking the lagoon and the Paradis Golf Resort. Located at the foot of the Morne Brabant in the southeast of the island, Ayapana is 900m away from the beach and 3 km away from the famous Le Morne kite-surf spot.

Luxury hotels Dinarobin, LUX Le Morne, St. Regis et Le Paradis, which offer a wide range of sports activities, restaurants and evening entertainment are located nearby (not included in the rental).

The Villa is spread over 2 floors and can welcome up to 8 adults and 2 toddlers (0-3 yrs). The fully-equipped kitchen, swimming pool access, and an en-suite bedroom are located on the ground floor, along with a « Entertainment Space » (living and dining area) inside a typically Mauritian varangue (semi-open space) overlooking the garden. This space can be closed off with the electrically-operated shutters. On the upper floor are located the TV area and 3 en-suite bedrooms: The master bedroom with 2 showers (internal and external) overlooking both the lagoon and Le Morne mountain, a mountain-view en-suite and a lagoon view one. All suites have double beds and have their respective bathrooms.

Our housekeeper is at your service 3 x/week between 8 am and 12 am (flexible hours in the morning), except Sundays and Bank Holidays.

None of the villas in Le Morne have Beach Access; You do need a car to go to restaurants and Supermarket in La Gaulette; Villa Serena is also selfcatering. A first shopping can be done upon sending us your list before your arrival. Matresses, beds, bedsheets are new and of first quality.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
