Location vacances La Barillère se trouve au calme en plein campagne vallonnée de la Touraine du Sud, région tranquille et accueillante, sur la commune du Petit Pressigny, très adaptée à une "mise au vert" après la période du confinement. Toutes les mesures nécessaires pour une hygiène et désinfection anti-COVID19 ont été prises. 'La Barillère' est un gîte 3 étoiles confortable et fonctionnel, récemment restauré avec des matériaux écologiques. Le gîte peut accueillir 6 personnes (3 chambres). Le gîte fait partie d'un ensemble de bâtiments d'une ancienne ferme du 19ème siècle. Au rdc : un salon/séjour de 26 m², une cuisine séparée équipée, les toilettes et la salle d'eau. Linge de cuisine et produits de ménage écologiques sont fournis. A l'étage : 3 chambres mansardées (1 avec lit double, 1 avec 2 lits individuels jumelables, 1 avec 2 lits individuels). Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'une télévision.

Le linge de lit est inclus, et les lits seront faits à votre arrivée.

Lit bébé et chaise haute disponible pour les tous petits. Wifi, parking, terrasse, barbecue, jardin, piscine (sécurisée par un grillage) partagée avec la propriétaire de mi-mai à mi-septembre selon les conditions météorologiques (horaires à vérifier sur place).

Vous êtes au coeur d'une région riche en préhistoire, de la Vallée de la Loire et ses chateaux, proche du Futuroscope, et de la Brenne aux mille étangs. Dans un rayon d'une heure du gîte vous aurez beaucoup de choses à découvrir et à faire tout en étant tranquille une fois rentrés au gîte !

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Gerda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
