From the owner

Of about 300 sq/mt (3200 sq/ft), it is the estate’s most recent restoration, where we tried to condense all of the experiences, lessons and tips we have accumulated over the years.

It is a scenically located, with breathtaking views all around. It is an independent eight person house, about 1 km from the hamlet, accessible via a private road that offers complete privacy. The two floors, built on the hill’s slope, both have direct access to the garden.

The lower floor is made up of a large living room with fireplace and a reading area and two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Both rooms have French doors that open out onto the garden. The upper floor features a large eat-in kitchen with a separate laundry and utility room, a large dining room with fireplace and two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

The house is fully equipped with wifi, satellite tv and speakers for portable devices. Each bathroom is provided with its own hairdryer and upon request, we can provide all the necessities to host small children and babies. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking meals during your stay complete with a 5 burner stovetop, an electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. The garden is fully furnished with a patio, outdoor table and chair and a BBQ, and providing everything you need to cook and dine outdoors. Just below, the pool is complete with sunbathing beds and chairs.

Upon request, Il Poderino can also be set up with ramps for wheelchair accessibility.

We live in Camporsevoli during the summer months and are always available to meet and greet you upon your arrival, help with any organization and trip planning and to help with any unforeseen problems that may arise. Valentina is a founding partner of One Step Closer, a company based in Florence, that has distinguished itself during its many years of activity for its professional tour and activity organization in Tuscany and throughout Italy. Valentina is also an art historian, has collaborated with the Education Department of Florentine Museums, and is an official tour guide of Florence.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Valentina (the owner) a message.

If Valentina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
