    Merci beaucoup, Madame. Il s'agit d'une maison de famille du 19ème siècle, totalement rénovée en 2005. Le charme vient aussi de la vue imprenable, depuis la maison et le parc, sur le site historique du Puy-en-Velay. Bien cordialement.

Il est vrai que la maison est très bien située : la vue sur le Puy-en-Velay est exceptionnelle et devient féerique le soir, quand les divers monuments sont illuminés. Par ailleurs, bien qu'étant située tout près du centre-ville, elle est extrêmement calme et se promener dans le parc est très reposant. Enfin, grâce aux murs qui l'entourent, les enfants peuvent y jouer en toute sécurité. Je serai très heureuse de vous recevoir une nouvelle fois, dès que vous pourrez revenir.     Dear Helen, Thank for your opinion. Yes, it is better to shut the garden gate at night, to feel secure. In France, if you book one bedroom for one or two nights, linen and towels are included in the price; and the bed is made. But if you book all a house for one week or more, generally the linen and towels are not included; or the rent is more expensive. I am very happy you and your children enjoyed your holidays in my property, and you appreciated the town, the district and specialy the wonderful view, from my house.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
