The Bastide de Manon, a haven of peace in the heart of 3 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, is located in the hills of the village of Tholonet at the foot of Sainte Victoire and 6 minutes from Aix en Provence by the beautiful road Cézanne , the only road classified as a historical monument in France, known throughout the world, thanks to the extraordinary beauty of its landscapes and the one that immortalized them: Paul Cézanne. Our rentals Cöté-oliviers and Côté-vignes are 2 Mazets of about 40 m2, with terrace and private garden, designed for 2 people and located in the garden next to the main house. Adjoining buildings by architectural link (not overlooked). They are air-conditioned and have an equipped American kitchen with bar and stools, a living room-fireplace with sofa, a room with a large bed, a bathroom (bath) or (shower). Italian) and toilets. They are also equipped with a hi-fi system, a safe and internet access. We put at your disposal: sheets, blankets, sheets and towels, tea towels and place mats. Dear Marianne, I was delighted to welcome you to La Bastide de Manon. I'm really sorry that you could make a confusion between the house which represents an overview of the property and Mazets. You had a description under each photo (Les Mazets locations Photo No. 11) and under each picture of garden corresponding to rentals. In the text of presentation it is not stipulated .. view on the gardens of the village the Tholonet ? but that may come from a bad translation? Until the photo N ° 20 it is about the property, the rest of the photos represent the places to be visited around and in the region ... under each one of them the descriptive one. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brigitte (the owner) a message.

If Brigitte (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
