The cosy and spacious St Josse Farmhouse in the pretty village of St Josse is ideal for families or large groups.

Great restaurants within walking distance. Scenic walks are close by.

Close to Le Touquet. Comfortable Self-Catering Holiday Accommodation with French style. Just 2½ miles from the fine sandy beaches of Merlimont Plage. Under 4 miles to Le Touquet, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere and trendy shops. The fishing port of Etaples (3 miles) has renowned fish restaurants. Montreuil (6 miles) is an ancient walled town, from where you can drive through the pretty valley of the Canche to Hesdin, with its lively markets and old central square. Boulogne (20 miles) has numerous attractions such as the Nausicaa Aquarium and the Cathedral. Why not add this property to your favourites whilst browsing.

There is a great restaurant in the village only 2 minute's walk from the house. The village also has a library, a small chateau (though not for public access), a beautiful church, and some nice walks around. Great road connections to nearby places.

St Josse is a detached fermette style house in the pretty village of St Josse, in the Nord Pas de Calais regions of France. Close to Le Touquet. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
