In the historic center of Lecce in a quiet square but only a few minutes from local nightlife, it is the cozy apartment corroborated by an exclusive terrace overlooking the rooftops of the Baroque city. the apartment is spacious and very bright, is on one floor, with fitted kitchen with hob, oven, toaster and provisions, a living room with sofa bed (two singles), Internet service, TV, bathroom with toilet and sink, bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and washbasin, a 'hall with a sofa bed for one person, a double room with spacious balcony. On the upper floor, through a spiral staircase, there is a terrace defined by many the corner relaxation, especially from dusk onwards. The starry sky and the swaying flames of candles complement the evocative atmosphere. The baroque vaulted apartment is in the heart of the Old Town, right next to a Baroque church (Sant Angelo). It's in an elegant and quiet passage way yet only a few 100 meters from the iconic Basilica of Santa Croce. The apartment boasts its own large private roof-top terrace with white-timbered pergola, table and relaxing chairs. And candles too to really appreciate the evenings. There are french windows and small balconies to gaze out of. There's air-conditioning Throughout, though the lofty arched rooms That means you'll be cool in the summer anyway. And the kitchen (with dishwasher) has everything you'll need for at least 4 people. It's designed for a family or for up to two couples, though there is more bed space available. Guest Access Guests have exclusive access to the front door, stairs, apartment and terrace. The kitchen has everything and there is a laundry room on the terrace with washing machine, sink and portable clothes-rack.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patrizia (the owner) a message.

    If Patrizia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
