La sua posizione permette di raggiungere facilmente le vicine spiagge di Gallipoli, San Cataldo, San Foca e Torre dell'Orso grazie alla linea speciale 'Salento in bus'.

L'appartamento indipendente al piano terra, è composto da un ingresso soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, con angolo cottura, bagno, camera letto. termo-autonomo e condizionatore caldo - freddo.. Ristrutturato recentemente, la copertura e' con volte tradizionali a "stella"; arredato in modo pratico e funzionale ideale per coppia o piccola comitiva max 3 persone posti letto adattabili in base alle esigenze. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, wi-fii, TV hd led, cucina con piano cottura , pentolame, stoviglie, posate, macchina caffe, bollitore per preparare tisane e tea, divano letto, impianto di riscaldamento, impianto di raffreddamento, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, bagno con doccia e biancheria necessaria, dentifricio, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, detergente per mani, detergente intimo.

The building, thanks to the strategic position within the city centre, offers the possibility to admire the astonishing monuments dated back to the Baroque period, and enjoy at night the ‘movida salentina’ with the incredible number of bars, pubs, restaurants and much more places popular among both citizens and tourists from all over the world. Its position allows to easily reach Gallipoli, San Cataldo, San Foca and Torre dell’Orso, which are breathtaking beaches, thanks to the special service "Salento in bus".

The completely independent flat, is situated on the ground floor, the entrance is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed and a cooking corner, the toilet offers facilities as WC, Bidet, sink and a shower, and there is also a bedroom with a King bed.

Recently renovated, with a both heat and cool air-conditioning system, every room has characteristic and peculiar star vaulted ceilings, refurbished following a practical and convenient style, the flat is ideal for couples and small groups of 4 people.

A Na Chicca siamo abituati a trattare i nostri ospiti nel migliore dei modi e nel rispetto delle regole della casa. Queste regole, che sono ben precisate, prevedono il check-in dalle 15.00 in poi e il check-out entro le 10.00. Regola che voi non avete assolutamente rispettato, siete arrivati ben prima dell’orario stabilito del check-in, alle 9.45, quando c’erano ancora altri ospiti nell’appartamento. Per venirvi incontro in via del tutto eccezionale, vi è stata accordata la possibilità di accedere alle 10 e lasciare i bagagli mentre la signora Paola svolgeva il suo lavoro di pulizie. Inoltre, mi sembra inverosimile che ci abbiate messo mezz’ora per trovare l’appartamento considerando il fatto che Google maps permette di raggiungere l’indirizzo che le è stato inviato senza alcun tipo di problema, e considerando che la signora Paola vi ha accolto nell’appartamento non appena gli ospiti precedenti hanno effettuato il check-out. Dovrebbe apprezzare la flessibilità che abbiamo dimostrato nei suoi riguardi. Come se questo non bastasse vi siete indebitamente permessi di rimanere nell’appartamento oltre l’orario consentito nel giorno della partenza, occupando l’appartamento per tutta l’intera giornata a nostra completa insaputa ed illegalmente, trattenendo le chiavi dell’appartamento. Vi siete inoltre successivamente rifiutati di consegnare le chiavi alla signora Paola quando all’arrivo dei nuovi ospiti abbiamo scoperto che non avevate ancora lasciato l’appartamento come avreste dovuto 5 ore prima. Questo è avvenuto in modo del tutto illegale e contro le regole del buon senso e della buona educazione, nonché del rispetto per il lavoro altrui. Probabilmente, come lei dice, sono ‘una pazza unica’, perché qualcun altro al mio posto avrebbe chiamato i carabinieri e le avrebbe fatto pagare il costo dell’illecita occupazione del mio appartamento per una giornata intera. Inoltre, nelle informazioni riguardanti l’appartamento è chiaramente specificato che questo è ubicato al piano terra, così come è specificato che si tratta di un appartamento nel centro della città storica di Lecce. Nel caso in cui non lo sapesse, gli appartamenti nei centri storici delle città del sud Italia, ma non solo (veda le isole greche, veda le case nel centro storico di Bari) hanno spesso l’affaccio diretto su strada. Se preferiva qualcosa di più riparato, di un giardino, avrebbe potuto scegliere di alloggiare in una delle meravigliose ville fuori dal centro storico. Ma come potrebbe immaginare, in quel caso avrebbe perso tutta la magia che noi a Na Chicca cerchiamo di ricreare, grazie all’atmosfera regalata dall’alloggiare nel cuore della città barocca. Considerando la metratura della casa, il climatizzatore in cucina permette di rinfrescare in pochi minuti l’intero appartamento, a meno che non abbiate chiuso la porta tra il soggiorno e la camera da letto. Ma in questo caso sta tutto alla logica. Riguardo, infine, il terzo letto. Signora, lei ha deciso di dormire su una poltrona letto posta sul soppalco, che noi a Na Chicca non consideriamo nel numero dei posti letto. Non voler aprire il comodissimo divano letto matrimoniale è stata solo una sua scelta. Lei parla di belle strutture e regole di cortesia, ma dal vostro comportamento sembra che non abbiate mai viaggiato in vita vostra e che non solo non riconosciate ma neanche rispettate quelle che sono le regole di un’attività commerciale. A vostra differenza, noi la cortesia l’abbiamo dimostrata al check-in, ma particolarmente al check-out per non aver chiamato le forze dell’ordine. Vi siete rivelati gli ospiti che nessun albergatore vorrebbe ricevere nella propria struttura.

How do damage deposits work?
